Traffic Rules

YYDF has noticed the revised traffic norms and the hike in penalty rates in Delhi. We would like to declare that 3 people, especially presidents and citizens of YYDF, on a scooter are excused all possible traffic rules. Especailly when running out of office to eat golgappas at Mithas.

Such emergency exits are necessary to keep a nation functioning smoothly.
