This image shows an audience at a comedy show on television. While this is being broadcasted, there's also the breaking news at the bottom of the tv about a young boy shooting himself to death.

This is a comment on how news broadcast is becoming more and more like fast food. So much information is being fed into our brains all the time leaving no time for registration and reaction leading to an emotional immunity towards the events taking place around the world.

There's another audience here, the one watching this on television, the reactions of which are left to our imagination. Are they laughing with the audience on screen, reacting to the news, or both?

YYDF President Chitra has off-late been very concerned by water. She read something once which said 'If the wars of the past were over land, the wars of the future will be over water' (or something to that effect). Funny thing, coz you would think that with Uncle Sam in the middle-east, it would be over oil. Hell no, its a water war forecasted for us lucky ones.
Histories of civilizations are based on water and the politics involved in sharing it. And then there's the ecological and civil crisis related to dams on rivers (where do the displaced go, where do the animals n ecosystems go, where do the archeological sites and other cultural relics go? They're definitely going, for one thing).
So the President's head is abuzz with these issues. Which is why when the President visited a letterpress workshop in Portland, Maine, she ended up making these posters about it.
Its created with a mixture of lead-type and wood-type using giant old machines like the linotype, the handpress and the ludlow.

YYDF is pleased to announce a time for everything, including a time for "nonsense". 6pm daily, all citizens and other particpants are allowed to switch off corporate branins and switch to power-saving mode, aka, nonsense mode (the same applies to citizens on other time zones, you may swithc on nonsense at 6 pm local time).
After years of research, YYDF has come to the conclusion that a few hours of "nonsense" will hep to refresh, rejuvenate and relax the brain from thinking too much about brand image, market value and end-consumers.

Since America is a big country dependant on transportation, YYDF has started a new Yellow Bus Service to cater to all its citizens in the city of Baltimore, MD. It helps YYDF citizens go around town and meet up with each other easily. This bus was recently spotted and is proof that YYDF has indeed reached the land of the brave!!

The Ajgar is a Python in Hindi.
While YYDF was out walking in the forest we met two of them. Ajgar Ali and his cousin Diagon Ali. They were quite friendly and harmless. Diagon let us know that the lump in Ajgar was the botanist he swallowed a few hours ago. Apparently the botanist was too inquisitive about Diagon's tilt in life and was trying to straighten him up. Ajgar got infuriated n swallowed him up before he annoyed Diagon further.
While we spoke with them, we could hear the botanist taking notes inside Ajgar's stomach.
pff...if only people would leave their inquisitiveness at home. Live and let swallow.

YYDF: That's awesome! Oh, except, the earthlings will get muddled on what to do with Eve.
Adam: uhhh...well I ... uhhh...I....uhhhh......I....

YYDF: Ok, so now we'll havta make that Madam and Eve. There goes the entire Adam n Eve branding!!!! We'll havta rework the logo, the collateral, the fonts, even the ads!! Time to call on Headquarters!!!

We have discovered the perfect YYDF road in the Kerala countryside!! yay!! This is mid-way on the highway between Cochin and Kottayam and was hand-made by nature to be the prettiest place on earth.

This road also leads to the Head Ofice of Kara, a handloom revival project underlining the 'design for a cause' motto. More on this in a while..

Public Service Msg: Doctors advised us against the use of earbuds. For REAL. They jam the wax in and do nothing to clean ears. So please, throw out the ear buds.
Our Fellow citizen Anvita was partially deaf for a while and suspecting it to be a case of 'aliens in the ears' went to the ENT specialist. Who cleared her ear and advised againt use of earbuds.

For clean ear solution, there's a guy in Connaught Place, Delhi, who cleans ears for customers. He's got like a stool to sit on and he does it on the pavement. Aint that super?!!

President Swati sometimes transforms into a female-Snake (called a Saampni in hindi) at headquarters. There is a film being made about this phenomenon in Bollywood: it's called "I'm a Saampni". This species is the Kachcha-Dhaari Saampni (or Snakes-wearing-Shorts)
